Restaurant Wernis on the Excellence Empress
I have been in charge of the unique restaurant concept Wernis by Moses Ceylan on the river cruiser Excellence Empress since 2024. The fine dining restaurant seats 20 guests, but I am not always on site, instead I train the kitchen staff in my personal cooking style in regular intervals and ensure the highest level of quality. On selected days of the year we organize gourmet evenings with me personally, so stay up to date!
mit&ohne Kebab Restaurant Zurich
At the very successful “mit&ohne Kebab Restaurants” at Badenerstrasse 248 in Zurich, I not only developed the entire sauce concept, but also created a signature dish, the surf-n-turf kebab. You have to try it!
