I regularly cook at national and international gourmet festivals, travel as a guest chef and am booked for events. I am also a culinary consultant and coach for Gastro concepts, where I train and support the kitchen team.
My latest project is the fine dining restaurant Wernis on the river cruiser Excellence Empress, for which I have developed an Levantine culinary concept.
